By signing up for the Messaging Service, you agree to these Terms, our <a href=\"https:\/\/capex.ai\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a>, and all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and state-specific requirements.<br \/>By initiating contact through the SMS-enabled interface, providing your mobile phone number, or otherwise opting in to receive SMS messages from Capex Inc, its clients, or service providers, you consent to receive recurring text messages including updates, promotional offers, and transactional alerts from or on behalf of Capex Inc, <a href=\"http:\/\/capex.ai\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capex.ai<\/span><\/a>, and its business clients at the number you provided.<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1. Consent to Receive Messages<\/span><br \/>By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and\/or personalized marketing text messages from Capex Inc. at the number you provided, including cart reminders, promotions, product updates, and other offers.<br \/>&#8211; Consent is not a condition of purchase.<br \/>&#8211; Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month.<br \/>&#8211; Messages may be sent using an auto-dialer or other automated system.<br \/>&#8211; Message and data rates may apply.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2. Messages may include updates, promotional offers, customer support, surveys, and account notifications.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2. Platform-Specific Requirements<\/span><br \/>Messages may be sent via automated or manual processes. Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your service provider.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3. Opt-Out \/ Unsubscribe<\/span><br \/>You may opt out at any time by replying with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another supported keyword within the respective messaging app, or by using the unsubscribe features provided by that platform. Upon receipt of your request, we will stop sending you non-essential messages. Please note that essential service-related communications may still be required to support your account.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase<\/span><br \/>Your consent to receive Messages is voluntary and is not required to make purchases or access services.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">5. Age Requirement<\/span><br \/>You must be at least 13 years old to use the Capex Inc. Messaging Service via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger. If you are under 18, you may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.<br \/>Capex Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.<br \/>By opting in to receive messages, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement or have obtained the necessary parental\/guardian consent.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">6. Third-Party Platforms and Compliance<\/span><br \/>Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger are services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of these platforms is also subject to Meta\u2019s terms of use and privacy policies. Capex Inc. is not responsible for changes to these platforms, interruptions in service, or their data handling practices.<br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">7. Privacy and Data Transfer Notice<\/span><br \/>Your personal information (such as your phone number or Messenger ID) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where personal data is transferred outside your country of residence, we will apply appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK Data Bridge, or the International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), to protect your information.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Use of Meta Messaging Platforms<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Capex USA Inc. offers messaging services through third-party platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., including Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger. These platforms are governed by Meta\u2019s terms, policies, and technical limitations.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">By opting in or interacting with Capex USA Inc. through Meta platforms, you consent to receive marketing, transactional, and service-related messages via those platforms. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time using native platform controls such as blocking, muting, or unsubscribing.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Upon opt-out, Capex USA Inc. will stop sending marketing messages. Transactional or legally required messages related to an active service request may still be sent where permitted by law.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Message delivery, formatting, availability, language, and user interface behavior are determined by Meta and may vary by device, region, or platform updates.
